Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients:
3 cups STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister
1 1/4 cups hot water
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut up
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained, chopped
4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Method:
Stir stuffing mix, hot water, butter and oranges just until moistened.
Spoon stuffing into 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Top with chops.
Place food in oven. Press Main
Dish/Side Dish/Pizza.
Set time at [4] [0] and press [Auto Set].
Spread combined marmalade and mustard over chops in the last 5 minutes
of cooking.
Pork chops are done when stuffing is golden and chops are just slightly
pink inside.

Chicken

Ingredients:
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up (3 to 3 1/2 lbs.), skin-on or skinless
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 cup (2 oz.) KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup crushed POST TOASTIES Corn Flakes
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
Method:
Mix flour and seasonings; coat chicken. Dip chicken in combined egg and
water. Coat with combined cheese and crushed corn flakes.
Place chicken on a 15 x 10-inch baking pan; drizzle with butter.
Place food in oven. Press Main
Dish/Side Dish/Pizza.Set time at [4]
[0] and press [Auto Set]
Chicken is done when it is no longer pink inside, and when juices run
clear.

Bake

Ingredients:
1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS* Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa (about
2 cups)
2 cups frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
2 cups thinly sliced zucchini
1 Tbsp. chili powder
4 cups coarsely crushed baked tortilla chips
3 cups BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese, drained
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Sour cream, ripe olives, salsa
Method:
Mix salsa, corn, zucchini and chili powder.
Layer 1/3 of the salsa mixture, 1/2 of the tortilla chips and 1/2 of the
cottage cheese in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with
remaining salsa mixture. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese
Place food in oven. Press
Main Dish/Side Dish/Pizza Set time at [4] [0] and press [Auto Set].
Mexican Bake is done when heated through and vegetables are tender.
Serve with additional salsa,
sour cream and sliced, pitted ripe olives, if desired.

Ingredients:
2 lbs. new, red potatoes, medium size, cut into quarters
1/3-cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup (4 oz.) KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
Method:
Toss potatoes with oil, seasoning and garlic. Add cheese; mix lightly.
Spread in 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking

with Cranberry Maple Sauce

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadephia Cream Cheese, softened
¼-cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
¼-cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs
2 ½-cups milk
1 loaf (1 lb.) French bread, cut into 1 1/2-inch slices
3 cups fresh cranberries, divided
1 cup maple-flavored syrup
2 Tbsp. sugar
Method:
Beat cream cheese, butter, 1/4 cup sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in large
bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs,
one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in milk.
Pour cream cheese mixture over combined bread and 1 cup of the
cranberries in large bowl; toss lightly. Let stand 15 minutes,
rearranging bread in bowl occasionally to moisten evenly. Arrange bread
in rows in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Pour any remaining cream
cheese mixture over bread.
Place food in oven, Press Baked Goods/Egg Dishes
Set time at [4] [0] and press [Auto Set].Bring syrup to boil in medium
saucepan. Add remaining 2 cups cranberries and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Cook on
low heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool sauce slightly. Serve
with French Toast.

Ingredients:
1 container (16 oz.) Breakstone’s or Knudsen Cottage Cheese, drained
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
½-cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
½-cup sliced green onions, 4 eggs, beaten
Method:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Place food in
oven.
Press Baked Goods/Egg Dishes / Spinach
Bake is done when center is nearly set.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding &
Pie Filling
4 eggs
1 cup BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
½-cup vegetable oil
½-cup water
1 ½-cups miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
Thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Method:
Beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and water with
electric mixer on low speed just to moisten, scraping sides of bowl
often. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in chips.
Spoon into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube
pan.
Place food in oven. Press Baked Goods/Egg Dishes. Set time at [8] [0]
and press [Auto Set].
Cake is done when toothpick inserted in
center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool
completely on wire rack. Top each serving with whipped topping.

Ingredients:
3 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
¾-cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 ½-cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3-cup butter or margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. sugar
Method:
Mix cream cheese, 3/4-cup sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on
medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Set aside.
Mix crumbs, butter and 3 Tbsp. sugar. Press into 13 x 9-inch baking pan
Pour cheesecake batter over crust. Place food in oven.
Press Baked Goods/Egg Dishes, Set time at [3] [0] and press [Auto Set].
Bars are done when center is almost set.
Cool. Bars will set as they stand. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
